HISTORY:

Centivia was born from the IT operations of early application service providers (ASPs). Because ASPs deliver and support applications that are accessed through the Internet, they rely more heavily on their IT operations to run their businesses. As such, both ASPs and large IT operations face the challenge of scaling operations and improving service levels, all while reducing operation costs.

Recognizing that removing redundancy and automating thousands of manual processes were the keys to successful operations, Support Opt's progenitor reengineered its IT operation processes and invested heavily in building an enterprise process automation platform.

The lessons learned and the technology that resulted from this experience now form the basis for Centivia. Today, Centivia offers a new approach to IT process automation that can help IT organizations:
